The student will complete the required enrollment form and ensure that copies of the following documents are provided to the school before they can be placed on an admissions list:
- Proof of Arizona Residency
- Birth certificate
- Immunization record (shot record)
- Unofficial or Official transcript
- Documentation which describes custody arrangements, if parents are divorced.
- Documentation, if a guardian is involved
- Official Withdrawal from previous school
- Signed variance (if student resides in, or the last school attended was, the Phoenix Union High School District)
- Title I survey form
- AIMS and Terra Nova test results
If the student is a minor (under age 18), the parent or legal guardian must sign the registration application.
If the student has attained their majority (age 18), the student signs the registration application.

It is not uncommon for there to be waiting lists at one or more of the school sites. When a waiting list occurs, students are admitted on a first come/first serve basis. Returning students and siblings of current students will take priority.
Register
IntelliSchool maintains an open admissions policy for students 14-21 years-of-age. IntelliSchool does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, nationality or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies or any school administered programs. The following components will be part of the registration process of IntelliSchool.
- The Enrollment Staff will meet with the student and parents during a Pre-Enrollment Meeting and will explain fully the academic approach of IntelliSchool.
Enrollment Week
- When the student gets to the school site, the Site Administrator will begin the enrollment process.
- He or she will:
- review with the students the behavior and attendance requirements,
- present the student with the student agenda and handbook and
- conduct the orientation to the site and site staff.
- Within the first few days, the student will be asked to complete a self portrait.
- The new student will be given a pre-test to establish functional levels in reading, math and language arts.
